The exterior security camera is disclosed in our listing and is used solely for property security and to verify compliance with booking details, house rules, and check-in/check-out times. We do not actively monitor guests during their stay. We typically check the camera around checkout time so we can notify our cleaning team as soon as the property has been vacated and prepare the home for incoming guests. Our checkout policy is also clearly communicated before booking and included in the signed rental agreement. The late checkout fee applies only when guests remain on the property beyond the agreed checkout time without prior approval. We are often able to accommodate late checkout requests when our cleaning schedule allows, and we encourage guests to reach out if additional time is needed. In this instance, no late checkout fee was assessed. We appreciate the feedback regarding the outdoor furniture and have shared it with our team to ensure it remains guest-ready.
