Home has granite countertops, stainless steal appliances and updated bathrooms. Living area has wood fireplace and flat screen Smart TV. Deck from living area overlooks club house.

Master bedroom features a King size bed and private bath and a flat screen TV. The Master bedroom also has a wrap around deck. Guest bedroom has two Twin beds with TV. Main living area has a brand new smart TV.

A private ski and boot locker is located on the lower level of the building. Guests ski into the back door of the unit off the Four O'Clock Run. Locker is one level down.

What we love about this unit is the ski-in, ski-out location, deck access and proximity to both the lifts and downtown. The private ski locker is awesome because you don't have to carry anything up to the unit. Guests can conveniently ski into the back of the unit and the locker is on the lower level, keyed to the condo. There are 3 hot tubs (2 indoor tubs closed during the Summer months) to soak in after a fun-filled day on the slopes or after hiking, biking and sightseeing!

The entire condo is available for rental. Guests will conveniently check in at the unit via front door keypad.

Other things to note
This property is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building

The clothes dryer is not a traditional dryer. It is a "condensing" dryer and both the lint trap and water reservoir will need to be emptied for optimal operation

To operate the dishwasher, the appliance must be latched. To latch, push the dishwasher in until you hear it click.

Although the Cable, WIFI and internet is available and mostly reliable....the property is in the mountains and internet and cable and outages might occur

Please be aware that this condominium complex, built in the 1980's and located on 4 O'Clock road, because of it's central and convenient location, can become quite busy and bustling, especially during the ski season and is not always quiet.
