Willkommen zu Ihrem Ski-in / Ski-out-Rückzug mit 2 Schlafzimmern / 2 Bädern im Grandview at Breckenridge Condominiums. Ski in / out Zugang ist ca. 200 Meter von unserer Wohnung! Genießen Sie den bequemen Zugang zum Skigebiet und die erlaubten Parkplätze für 2 Autos. Die Innenstadt von Breckenridge und das Skigebiet Breckenridge erreichen Sie bequem mit dem Shuttlebus. Der Four O 'Clock Run und der Snowflake-Sessellift liegen nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Im Inneren finden Sie eine komplett renovierte Wohnung ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag auf den Pisten oder Wandern in unseren schönen Bergen. Kochen Sie das perfekte Essen in der Gourmetküche. Entspannen Sie sich am gemütlichen Gaskamin, der auf Knopfdruck Wärme und ein fantastisches Ambiente für eine erholsame Nacht beim Spielen oder Ansehen Ihres Lieblingsfilms bietet.

ÜBER DIE WOHNUNG

Diese Einheit im Erdgeschoss bietet einfachen Zugang in einem Komplex ohne Aufzüge. Lassen Sie sich auf das Plüschsofa oder den Sessel fallen und entspannen Sie sich nach einem aufregenden Tag in den Bergen am Feuer. Sehen Sie sich Ihre Lieblingssendungen auf dem Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss und DVD-Player an. Das Sofa kann zu einem Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Gäste umgebaut werden.

In der geräumigen Küche erwarten Sie Arbeitsplatten aus massivem Granit, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl sowie alle Koch- und Kleingeräte, die Sie für die Zubereitung von Gourmetgerichten benötigen. Ein praktischer Durchgang erleichtert die Unterhaltung Ihrer gesamten Gruppe und das Füttern der Kinder.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Flachbild-TV ausgestattet. Ein helles und helles Master-Bad mit einer schönen Dusche und einer massiven Euroglastür. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 bietet Platz für 4 Personen auf einem überfüllten Etagenbett mit zwei Rollbetten. Das Gästebad bietet eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne.

Spring 25 Ski

Noisy- building has very little soundproofing so you could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were doing. Bed was “springy” so when one person moves whole bed moves. Living furniture worn out and uncomfortable. Great kitchen, clean and distance to the slopes excellent. Management very responsive. Would not stay again because of the noise and uncomfortable furniture.

We had a very nice stay.. Condo is very well equipped, high end appliances, beds were very comfortable, nice warmth from the fireplace.. I did have some issues with the lock, host promptly had maintenance take care of it.. There was even enough snow on the road to mostly ski (not walk) the 100 yards to 4 O'Clock ski run.

Great place to stay

We loved the condo and our time there snowboarding. Clean, updated, and easy to check in. Beds were comfy and nice having 2 bathrooms with showers. Lots of cooking essentials if needed. Hard to find a complaint but if I had to would say the couch was pretty uncomfortable so not a great area to hang out in. Everything else seemed very new and updated.

Great Place - Family Room Furniture very Uncomfortable

Our only complaint is with the family room furniture, and the entertainment electronics. The sectional furniture was very uncomfortable, with metal bars everywhere. We couldn't find a comfortable place to sit. The recliner was in bad shape also. The entertainment system, with 4 remotes, was very difficult to control. We figured it out, but not very intuitive. Small complaints but for the money paid, I expected better furniture to relax in after a great day skiing.

Nice spot needing changes

Nice spot. Convenient. Smaller than the description. Double queen bunk beds are fine for kids, not adults, the sofa/ hidabed should be replaced ( I slept on the floor), the pots and pans have loose Teflon( known carcinogen), and should be replaced. Nice knives for food prep.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was in a convenient location (about 200 yards from 4 o'clock run), the condo was well furnished with all the extras, property manager responsive. Only down fall was, we were unable to get early/late checkout. However, we went during peak season so it's understandable.

The condo was not cleaned.

When we checked into the condo, we discovered that it was not cleaned from the previous occupants. There were sheets and towels laying on the floor and it looks like they had started to clean it and then stopped. It was a mess! We tried to find other accommodations for the night, but that wasn’t possible. We called the manager and his wife brought us clean towels and sheets to get us through the night. He scheduled the cleaners to come the next day. We made our beds and tried to clean it up a bit, but during these days of COVID, we were extremely disappointed and concerned about our health. When they did clean the place, they didn’t leave any soap or shampoo so we had to get that ourselves. The manager said he would refund part of stay but that hasn’t happened yet. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service.

Great Condo!

This place is great. Just as pictured. Extremely cozy, well laid out vacation condo. Super clean, really appreciated the keyless entry to head out without having to worry about keys. Good location, easy walk or bus ride into town (and bus ride back, ha!)
