Details To Note:
We are on well water and septic system. Our water is a little bit brown due to iron. It is tested and it's safe to use but we recommend using store bought water for drinking and cooking. This property is fenced in, has other cabins and parked RVs, Most of our clients/guests are avid fishermen so expect a little traffic and fishing stories throughout the day, Fish cleaning area gets busy at times so we recommend our guests to fillet their catch by the river if it's convenient. Guests are responsible to dispose their carcass in the river if they fillet in the property. Freezer and vacuum sealer are available to use but you are welcome to bring your own vacuum sealer.
