Our guest`s opinion: `Me and my family had an amazing stay at Tina and Steve’s condo. Everyone had their own space, loved the views from the room and most importantly the pool was a major plus. There are many places within walking distance to the condo or a quick 6min drive to the centre of town. The place was spotless and gave us everything we needed. Zero complaints from us. We will definitely book again when we visit Canmore.`

The Resort features an indoor and outdoor hot tub, a heated indoor swimming pool with 3-storey water slide, kids pool, restaurant, free WiFi, fitness center, and unassigned heated underground parking, all accessible by Airbnb guests. Guests can access the entire condo except for the supply closet.

We offer the convenience of self check-in. While you may have the unit to yourselves, you won’t be alone should you need assistance. Guest Services are available 24/7. Give us a call or text if you need anything. :)

Canmore is an authentic mountain community, where real people from all walks of life live; including an impressive list of accomplished mountaineers, and Olympic athletes. Here, you can take in the one-of-a-kind boutiques, eclectic art galleries or just enjoy the atmosphere without crowds of tourists huddled on jam-packed streets. In fact, in Canmore, laid back is a way of life. Even the rock climbers here like to put up their feet at a local pub after a thrill-packed day on a vertical cliff. That’s the beauty of Canmore!

To truly experience Canmore and the Rockies, I suggest renting a car.

-We have a cot that the 7th person can use!

-The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 7ft.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-Hallway repair project in progress at Grande Rockies Resort. Information/caution signs are displayed in the lobby and near all elevators as of the first week of March. Contractors will work to minimize disruption, but please allow them space to complete necessary work and be cautious during construction.

Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed. Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals: Please contact us before booking to confirm the building’s Bylaws and documentation.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
