* *NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED AT THIS HOA. Any violations with fines from the HOA will be passed onto guests. Guests may also be subject to towing if not parked in designated areas.
* The community dock is shared with the adjoining home. Please remove all items at the end of the day or when not in use. Items are not to be left on the community dock unattented or overnight.

Surveillance Camera Notice:For security purposes, there is a camera located on the wall of the house (outside), facing the driveway leading to the street as well as a doorbell camera on the entrance door. Please note, there are no cameras inside the property or in any private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms. The camera is for security monitoring only and is not actively monitored during your stay. If you have any concerns or questions about the camera, please feel free to reach out before booking.
