Whether you’re in town for a change of scenery or a longer stay, this home is set up to feel simple, comfortable, and lived-in.



The home

This entire home in Creston, Ohio is thoughtfully arranged for both downtime and productivity, with two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and multiple living spaces to spread out. The main living area offers a cozy place to unwind, while the finished basement adds a second lounge space that’s ideal for movie nights or a quiet break from the day.



A private entrance makes arrivals smooth, and free parking on premises keeps everything convenient from the moment you pull in.



Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms feature Queen beds with quality linens, along with room-darkening shades to help you rest well. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for added comfort, whether you’re staying for a quick weekend or settling in for a longer work trip.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with the space and tools you need to prepare meals at home. You’ll have a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a dining table for sit-down meals. A coffee maker is available to keep your mornings easy, and the kitchen setup makes longer stays especially convenient.



Workspace & connectivity

For remote work and focused downtime, the home includes Wifi and a dedicated workspace. Whether you're taking calls, catching up on emails, or working a full schedule during your stay, the setup supports a comfortable routine.



Laundry & essentials

A washer and dryer are available in the home, along with everyday essentials like towels, bed linens, and basic household supplies. Clothing storage, hangers, and an iron are also provided, making it easy to stay organized during longer visits.



Outdoor space

Step outside to a patio or balcony area with a BBQ grill, perfect for fresh air and a quiet moment between plans. The private backyard offers a peaceful setting year-round - even in winter, it’s a calming view and a welcome bit of space.

Safety & peace of mind

The property includes exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Cameras are positioned to provide visibility of the outdoor parking and surrounding areas.



A small request: We love our landscaping! Please be respectful of the space and do not remove any rocks from the indoor/outdoor planter beds.



Wi-Fi & Streaming Policy

We take pride in providing fast, reliable internet through MCTV for all our guests. To help us maintain this service, we have a few simple guidelines:



Authorized Streaming Only: Please enjoy all your favorite legal streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).



No Illegal Downloads: To comply with our provider’s policies, downloading or streaming from pirated/illegal sources is strictly prohibited.



Important Note: The use of jailbroken devices or unauthorized services is not permitted. Per our house rules, any activity resulting in an infringement notice will incur a $250 fine.

Guest Access:

The entire retreat is yours to enjoy! You’ll have full, private access to every room and amenity. (Note: To keep things stocked for your stay, the supply closet is locked and reserved for our cleaning team.)

No need to hunt for a spot! We have everything ready for your arrival:



Reserved for You: Two dedicated parking spaces, clearly marked with the letter of the unit. 🅿️✅



Extra Space: There is one additional unassigned spot to the far left, available on a first-come, first-served basis—perfect for a visitor or an extra vehicle!

🏡 About the Home

This is a 4-plex apartment, so the unit is attached to others. You may occasionally hear light noise from neighboring units.



🌙 Quiet Hours

To keep things comfy for everyone, quiet time starts at 10 PM.

🚫 No loud parties or events, please.



🧴 Starter Amenities

We provide a complimentary starter kit with basic essentials—perfect for short stays. For longer stays, guests may need to restock items as needed.



🌿 Lawn Care

The property has weekly lawn maintenance, so you may see someone on-site during that time.

⚠️ House Rules⚠️



🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
