Please note that you must sign our golf cart liability waiver before use of the golf cart is permitted.

If you're flying in, Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) is roughly a 1-hour drive, and Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 1 hour and 15-minute drive. While public transit is not widely available in The Villages, ride-sharing services and taxis are readily accessible for local transportation. The additional fee is as follows:

Less than 21 nights: no additional amounts due

21 - 41 nights require an additional $50

42-63 nights require an additional $100

Guests are required to sign a guest agreement before access to the home is permitted. If you plan to use the complimentary golf cart, you must sign our golf cart liability waiver beforehand.
