Guests have access to all three floors of the beautiful house, and all 2 acres of yard and woods surrounding the house.

🐾 Pet Policy

We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs to our home. All pets must be registered on the reservation prior to arrival. A $200 non-refundable pet fee applies per stay.

To ensure the comfort of all guests and protect the home:

Dogs only (no cats or other animals)

Dogs must be non-shedding

Dogs must weigh under 50 lbs each

Unregistered pets or pets that do not meet these requirements are not permitted and may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay

👥 Guest Count Policy

For safety, comfort, and compliance with local regulations, the total number of guests must be accurately specified on the reservation prior to arrival.

Parties, events, gatherings, or celebrations of any kind are strictly prohibited.
This includes (but is not limited to) weddings, receptions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and large social gatherings.

This home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors at all times.

Excessive noise is not permitted, especially during evening and nighttime hours

Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum

Failure to comply with noise expectations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund
