The space

Large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, large additional three bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two with twin beds, which allows to fit comfortably up to 8 people. Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The townhome is a block away from The Wharf, which brings dazzling water views, more than 20 new restaurants, year-round entertainment, and waterside style all together in one location. The Wharf it’s "the most exciting neighborhood in the history of the nation’s capital" according to local magazines. The Wharf is also the home of "The Anthem", a concert venue that will hold up to 6,000 people and will feature everything from mega shows to intimate performances.

The house is just 1/2 a mile from L'Enfant Metro Station (orange, blue, silver, yellow and green lines) and 3 blocks away from Waterfront Metro Station (green line) and a Safeway supermarket, CVS, and restaurants. It's also walking distance to the monuments, museums, Capitol Hill, and much more.

Amenities include washer and dryer, air conditioner, a full equipped kitchen, wi-fi, smart TVs.

My husband and I have been living in DC for the last 13 years, and we are happy to share info about the neighborhood, the city, restaurants (some that we own), etc. I respond very quickly to requests and can help troubleshoot any issues that may arise during your stay.
