The home features a modern kitchen with new appliances, fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners. The inviting living area is great for gathering and relaxing, with a Smart TV in both the living room and the larger bedroom for streaming your favorite shows.

Step outside to enjoy the backyard overlooking the lake, complete with outdoor seating, a Weber grill, and a cornhole set; ideal for cookouts, games, and taking in the peaceful views. Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair are stocked here, making it easy to travel with the whole family!*
