An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged. No guaranteed, and early requested needed. Please contact us at around 1pm on the same date to check the status.

Parking Info: One Free Parking.
Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.
Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.
This condo comes with a parking pass that will let you in and out of the secured, covered parking garage. There is also an electronic lock on the door for 24-hour access and you don`t have to worry about losing your keys!
The Waikiki Banyan parking height restriction is 6 feet 2 inches. However, cars that are over 6 feet in height, such as Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe (most large SUV) cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Since the ground floor parking spaces for large cars are very limited, we strongly suggest to rent cars that are 6 feet or under. We cannot be responsible if you have cars that are over 6 feet in height, and all ground floor parking is taken. Thank you very much for your understanding.
