Parking Info:
Parking is not included. Guests may park in the adjacent parking garage in the Island Colony for $47/day (rates are subject to change). Please pay attendant directly (ProPark).

For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

The Island Colony has a front desk where you will check In. Our company as your host will send your information to register. We will contact you prior to arrival and available during your stay.

We are from the island and will be happy to share great places to see and do! The Island Colony is surrounded by many convenient stores (including in the building`s 6th floor), eateries and boutique shops all within a block. So, walking is great! Also in the same block is the city bus stop called `The Bus` where you can go everywhere on the island. There is also The Waikiki Trolley (fee) that is offered at various pick up points near by. Uber is always an option too!

***Please be informed that the building management follows a mandatory water shut-off schedule every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 9am-12pm only to give way to maintenance services.

We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises.

Please note that a $1000 fine will apply for any violations of this policy. If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter to the management for further action. We, as hosts are not liable for lost, misplaced or forgotten belongings. Please notify us ASAP about left items. We`ll try to locate and return them, but availability or condition of lost belongings isn`t guaranteed.

Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
