The condo comes with a very spacious lanai (balcony) that invites the fresh Hawaiian breeze with 180° views, comfy queen-sized bed with Ocean views on the 31st. Large swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQ Grills, picnic tables and a fitness center.

The Island Colony has a front desk where you will check In. Our company as your host will send your information to register. We will contact you prior to arrival and available during your stay.

We are from the island and will be happy to share great places to see and do! The Island Colony is surrounded by many convenient stores (including in the building`s 6th floor), eateries and boutique shops all within a block. So, walking is great! Also in the same block is the city bus stop called `The Bus` where you can go everywhere on the island. There is also The Waikiki Trolley (fee) that is offered at various pick up points near by. Uber is always an option too!

***Please be informed that the building management follows a mandatory water shut-off schedule every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 9am-12pm only to give way to maintenance services.
