Private beachfront 3 Bdr/3 Full Bath enclave, for discerning couple or family, on own gradual sandy beach w/warm tide pools perfect to kids. There is swimming/fishing in front of house in the Cape like waters of Plum Island sound. Overlooking Plum Island nature preserve this is sea kayaking and birding heaven (3 sea kayaks for experienced paddlers on tidal mooring comes with gear). The home is midway between Clark beach and Pavilion beach spanning .6 miles of sandy beach, perfect for low tide beach combing and jogging.
The house is set back and 50' above the water with tiered grassy areas connected by granite steps to the beach. After beaching (beach chairs included), a granite sitting area by the beach has a warm water wash/spray. An outdoor private shower is up at the house.
Expansive ocean and Plum Island island views are seen from decks that have retractable sun awnings. There is custom deck furniture as well as a gas grilling deck.
Inside, the Master Bedroom has a hot tub, an elliptical and hand weights, and its own private sitting balcony. A newly built walk-out ground floor suite with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have full width glass doors to an ocean facing patio yard. The suite has its own full bath.
