Sundowner is a cozy, two-story retreat with plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and enjoy their Killington getaway. Just 5 minutes from both Killington Resort and Pico Mountain, this home offers comfort, convenience, and a warm mountain vibe.

Step inside to the main level, where you`ll find a welcoming open layout with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room centered around a wood-burning fireplace — the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. Off the living area are two bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: Twin-over-twin bunk bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
A full bathroom is also located on this level.

Head downstairs to the second level of this home, which offers a second living space, another full bathroom, and two additional bedrooms:
• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed
This level opens directly onto the deck, where you’ll find the private hot tub. While the home is nestled among trees, you’ll catch a little peek of the mountain from the hot tub — a relaxing bonus at the end of the day.
