- The 2nd level includes a big living room with a 55" Smart TV and , a full kitchen with dining area, a half bathroom. The kitchen leads to a small patio and fenced back yard.
- The full kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, a stove/oven, microwave oven, and coffee maker.
- The 3rd floor includes three bedrooms and a full bathroom.
- The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size, comfortable bed, a walk-in closet. The medium sized bedroom has a full size bed and the small bedroom has a twin size bed.
- We set the basic rate low for only the master bedroom open for up to two guests, which means one-two guests will enjoy the whole building except two small bedrooms. That two small bedrooms will be locked and inaccessible for any guest, will not rent to other guest. The whole house is always private for the same guest group.
If the guests' group are more than two people, up to four people, we open one more bedroom accordingly. If the guests' amount are 5-6 people, all three bedrooms will be available for using. We charge $15 for each extra guest after two.
- If guest's group are 1-2 people, and need two bedrooms, please add your guests' count to 3. If guest's group are 3-4 people, and need three bedrooms, please add your guests' count to 5. Please disclose this to the host upon booking.
