Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 5 people. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) No smoking

5) Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes a full day for it to warm to temperature. There is a 2 night minimum for pool heating, and those days will need to be consecutive.
