NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
GARAGE DOORS: Please keep garage doors always closed.
Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am every day. No outside music or noise ever
Please note that there is a ring camera in the front door and a camera in the outside by the garage

We allow well behaved cats and dogs. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
