Joey, thank you for such a great review! 🌊 We’re so glad you enjoyed the space, the location, and especially the outdoor areas — that back porch and easy beach access really make the experience special. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding updates and additional kitchen items — that kind of feedback helps us continue improving. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another beach getaway!

Thank you so much for the detailed review, Teresa! We're delighted you loved the home and the beach access, and we'll be sure to pass your kind words along to our pool guy. We're sorry the hot tub wasn't working and that the upstairs end bedroom was too warm to sleep in, especially for a stay at this price. Those are things we want to get right, so we're looking into both repairs so future guests have the full experience. We understand your concern about pricing, and we appreciate you sharing it so honestly. We're grateful for your feedback and would love the chance to host you again.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience! We're glad to hear the house comfortably accommodated your group of 10 with both adults and children. We'd be happy to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Charles. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful beachfront location, which is certainly one of the property's most appreciated features. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests.
