This property is located in the heart of San Pedro town and is an easy walk to area restaurants and entertainment. Because of it's location, there may be noise from area restaurants.

This multi-unit property may have other guests who will be using shared amenities such as the porches, and common outside area: The front is a great social area with loungers, a BBQ grill and picnic table for you to enjoy.

There is a roadway between the property and water's edge. We do have concrete steps out front to access the water.
