Für 2019 bieten wir montags bis freitags Anmietungen an. Wir waren überwältigt von der Anzahl der Gäste, die nach einem Aufenthalt unter der Woche suchen, sodass wir unser Zuhause an Wochenenden mit unserer Familie nutzen können.

In einigen Fällen werden wir das ganze Jahr über ein Wochenende nicht früher als etwa 30 Tage im Voraus eröffnen. .

Beschreibung
Ein besonderer Ort für Sie, Ihre Familie und Freunde. Genießen Sie das Leben am Wasser mit einem 60-Fuß-Deck und einer unteren Terrasse sowie einer Veranda mit Sicht auf den nur 100 Fuß entfernten Anna-See. Am Wasser befindet sich ein geräumiges Bootshaus mit einem überdachten Bootsplatz für Gäste, einem großen Sonnendeck, einem überdachten Pavillon und einem Barbereich mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Hotdog-Maschine.

Haus hat einen offenen Grundriss auf beiden Ebenen für die Unterhaltung. Jedes Zimmer im Haus bietet Blick auf das Wasser (mit Ausnahme des Guest Masters). Beide Meister sind im Erdgeschoss mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Aufenthaltsraum (der ein Schlafsofa enthält) auf der unteren Ebene und bieten jedem "ihren Fluchtraum". Gast Waschmaschine / Trockner befindet sich auf der Hauptebene.

Wir können leider nicht unterbringen; Haustiere, Hochzeiten, Empfänge, Gruppenfeiern oder Feiern oder solche, die rauchen möchten. Unser Haus ist ein Pet & Smoke-freies Zuhause für Familien und Paare.

Love the property, we stayed in this same home the year before as well. Great dock and small gravel beach right on the lake and close to a restaurant and bait shop. The fire pit at night is a great place to sit and talk the night away. The home has a great dowstairs game room and is very comfortable. Visited in the fall both times, quiet and beautiful setting during this time of year.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home. This home was the cleanest and most well maintained vacation home we have ever rented. Very nice.Peaceful and serene. Property could have been cleaner.Probably end of season wear and tear.Some things needed repair such as bannister to downstairs and screen door to the deck.Broken and off track. some of the outdoor steps are way to high and concrete color makes it hard to see especially for older people. But overall a great place to gather.

There aren't enough words to describe how incredible this home is. Absolutely love the location. The house smells so clean and fresh the minute you walk through the door. The views of the lake are fantastic. We loved the open concept of the home. The hosts think of everything to make your stay as carefree and accommodating as possible. Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and utilized all the outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy our time together. It could not have been more perfect. Perfect Location

We have been coming to Lake Anna for serval years & by far you have the best location yet. The home was very clean, organized & very communicated directions for the operation of the home. Very spacious, clean and well equipped home. The lake views are stunning and relaxing just what we needed. Special thanks for the use of the golf cart which allowed my wheelchair family member the opportunity to hang out at the boathouse and enjoy fishing. The only frying pan sticks which tears your food. And the main level master bedroom mattress is worn. And thanks for the quick response with the code access upon arrival.

Location and View are perfect!!

Beautiful home and incredible view, Great location. I'm a bass fisherman and this fit me personally with my boat qith dock access and was still perfect for the family. The owner was very accommodating and even let us check in early. Highly recommended.

Perfect Peaceful Place

We wanted to go somewhere that my husband could fish and I could read and gaze out over the water and enjoy nature. I prefer a very clean, comfortable place in a peaceful location and this was it. We spent most of our time on the large covered dock. The boats racing by during the day were quite entertaining and didn’t bother us at all. Everyone is very friendly and we waved and spoke to some of them. The wildlife is fun too and we enjoyed a visit to theatre park nearby. It’s very quiet at night and even though the neighbors are close it feels very private. We would definitely come here again.

Just Wow

The review title was our first impression of this beautiful property. House is airy and clean with large windows to enjoy the peaceful view of the outdoors and lake. Well stocked with anything one needs for a comfortable and hassle free stay. The only things that could top it off would be the addition of a king bed and return of the pinball machine! We would not hesitate to stay again.

Place is as described. Has everything you need to enjoy the lake. I brought spices cleaning stuff, hand soaps they had it all. Beds were super comfortable even the bath towels were a good quality. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place on the lake. PROST!

We had been coming to the lake primarily to waterski for 30+ years. Always dreamed of having our own place and finally made the decision after looking at more homes than you can imagine to find just the right one. We live permanently in Northern VA and plan to make it down to the lake as often as possible, regardless of the season.

We have 7 children now from High School to early 30's, so we needed a property that would hold our family of 9 (at times to include the Grandparents) and entertain all ages, young and old. And that is what we found!

We really enjoy the expansive deck, screen porch, large yard to play in, natural beach with gradual fall off which is wonderful for little ones and old ones alike. Our new boathouse is over the top with Gazebo, overhead fan, lounge furniture, large sun deck, bar room with fridge, microwave and hotdog maker! We offer 'whip' boat docking system for guests. Our dead-end street with cul-de-sac is great for the younger ones to bike or skate. Especially appealing is the ability to take a stroll to The Cove Restaurant, ice cream shop or convenience market in 10 minutes.
