Guest Access:

Both the building door and unit door locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.

An amazing NOLA location in the Central Business District, you are steps from famous Canal Street and the French Quarter’s edge. The ideal homebase for city exploring! The Quarter’s bars and eateries are world-renowned, and the CBD itself is home to many of the city’s very best chef-driven restaurants. Kick off your stay with a ride on the famous Canal Street trolley, or take a stroll to Jackson Square, one of the city’s best-loved hotspots. Caesar´s Casino is 2 blocks away.



Getting Around:

You will be walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to the French Quarter and the convention center, and biking is another fun and convenient option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short uber ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.

-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have complete privacy here. Should a rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check-in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
