Parking
• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the main parking garage for your tower.
• Parking for 2 cars is included in your reservation.

Overflow Parking (Optional)
• There is an overflow parking garage for $30 per vehicle, per day.
• Payment is made at the front desk.
• Parking is subject to availability.
Things to know
• Check-in packets, including parking passes and wristbands, are available at the front desk until 5:00 PM. If you arrive after hours, your packet can be picked up at the guard shack.
• Security camera/recording device - “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• Note: This unit doesn't have a hot tub on the balcony
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
