Kensington Home Near Tilden Regional Park

This lovely home in Kensington in minutes from Tilden Regional Park with many hiking trails. You can enjoy the gorgeous views of the Golden Gate Bridge from the master bedroom.

Perfect for adult family, friends or work trips to the area. The house has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, trash compactor, coffee maker and cooking amenities if needed. There are no children allowed under 18 years of age at the house.

There is one bedroom with a queen size bed located on the main level with a full bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs with a desk/work area, full bathroom with double sinks and a queen size bed. The master bedroom has views of the Golden Gate Bridge that you are sure to enjoy!

We just added a sofa bed that sleeps 2 comfortably in the TV room.

There is a dining area next to the kitchen, full size washer and dryer, comfortable living area and a separate area with a TV that has no cable, but apps available to watch TV using your own logins for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.

There is a hot tub available for guests to use. There is one parking space available in the driveway or there is street parking available.

We welcome all respectful guests to my home, no children are allowed. Hot tubs are expensive to run, so we ask guests to be respectful and keep the hot tub covered when not in use.

Guests have access to the whole house. There are a couple doors that will be locked and there is no access to the garage.

I have a property management company that is available for any questions or emergencies during your stay.

Great views, easy driving distance to BART for transportation throughout the Bay Area, quiet, private, family-oriented neighborhood.

Having a car is best, but Uber or Lyft is also an option.

No shoes are to be worn in the house, especially on the carpeted areas. There is plastic cups that are to be used by the hot tub. No glassware is allowed outside on the patio or near the hot tub.
- No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
- No children under 18 years of age allowed
- Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am
- No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
- Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No pets allowed
- Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
- Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
- Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, SF has small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
- Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
- Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you. We are not responsible for any packages delivered, before, during or after your stay.
- Must be 21 or older to book the home
- No guns, firearms or any weapons allowed
- Bookings 30+ nights a lease is required to be signed
