The space
This is a 2-story house in one of the most ideal locations in Berkeley. It has breathtaking views from the living and dining rooms, kitchen, and deck to go along with a large kitchen. Please note: This is my home and is well liked for its location, amenities, and view. But if you are looking for a place to have a party of any kind, please look elsewhere
Guest access
Guests have access to all parts of the home except the wine cabinet and the hot tub located on the deck off the downstairs bedroom.
