Fantastic views of Lake Folsom! The huge balcony and spacious living room windows are fantastic for enjoying a peaceful getaway by the lake. Property was clean and as described. The driveway was quite steep so would be better if you have a car that can handle the incline. This was noted in the property description as well.The property is very close to the beach and Granite Bay State Park.Highly recommend for a getaway around the Granite Bay/Folsom area!

We had very peaceful stay best location around sacramento i would recommend everyone come once atleast every penny will feel worth it. The view of lake is so peaceful very calm surroundings u can have best lunch by enjoying the view and food with ur family and friends. I didn't find any single thing that can look off for this great property. Highly recommend its much more worth than the price. Special thanks to host he let us in early and very nice nature u call him anytime furing stay he will be always there. Lets see more journey on this pleasant property through our reviews

Not given any check in info, no contact #, thought maybe host lived on site so went there, knocked on doors, tried to talk to ring, etc. Eventually found out it was unlocked so went in thinking we'd find a note & key or lock code, but no. Looked around and found a binder with a phone number so we called & texted, and host got back to us. He gave us code, wrong code, called & texted again. Took extra hour, no apologyNo plumbing worked right. Bath sink & shower had H&C reversed, shower head flopped down & wouldn't stay up, handheld moved around if not held, toilet too small for man, lack of counter space. Kitchen faucet moved when moved handle, if put faucet where wanted, it moved back to center while running.Internet cuts out, lights blink off, too few outlets and difficult access, some don't work, outlet strip didn't work, TV remote back falls off.Extremely firm mattress, tried other--worse, tried extra blankets folded under sheet. Next night learned one was upside down, so flipped it, better but still very firm.Kitchen not well stocked even for simple cooking/heatingBasic cleaning of bathroom & kitchen good but sticky switches & floor, rug in upstairs room gross, throw blankets had plant debris in them. Dirty outdoor furniture.Parking tight & fresh soft asphalt cold patch moved under foot.Could easily hear guests below. No regular channels (CNN, FOX, ABC, etc.).Beautiful view, trail great, AC good. Guest for Prime Video so don't need to know your own code.

This property is okay and it met our needs for the price, but there are issues. The driveway is a disaster. It is insanely steep and the asphalt had not hardened, so even in my SUV with AWD, there were a couple times I didn't think we would make it out of the driveway. The beds were clean and comfortable. The AC got good and cold. The bathroom is okay-sized and there are plenty of towels but I could only find a single washcloth. Also, the showerhead is really low and doesn't hold adjustment. The house has an incredible view with a large balcony, but the balcony has soft spots in the floor and the railing isn't secure. The couch is collapsing. The kitchen is under-stocked. There is a coffee maker but no coffee filters (there are now because I left some). There is barely enough silverware. A single frying pan. The cleaning supplies included many old and very used sponges (there is a new one now because I bought a pack and left it there). The house is clean enough but it could use a deep clean. Ultimately, the property worked for my family because we can roll with the punches. But you get what you pay for. The house is priced less than any other property on the lake and it met our needs. It wasn't fancy or elaborate, but neither are we. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake. The best thing about this property is there was not a laundry list of check-out tasks. I appreciated that more than I thought I would.
