With over 330 m² of space across three floors, the villa features breathtaking sea views from every room, a private pool, and multiple terraces designed for outdoor living.

Conveniently located just 1 km from the restaurants, shops, and bus connections of Massa Lubrense, and only 400 m from the sea, Villa dei Sogni offers the ideal setting for a luxurious and relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Please note that, for safety reasons, external catering or staff are not permitted. Only the villa’s in-house chef and approved personnel are allowed to operate on-site.

Private panoramic terraces, sea-view pool, and outdoor gourmet kitchen

Relax in the villa’s private sea-view pool (6x4 m, max depth 1.2 m, open year-round), equipped with hydromassage jets and a waterfall shower. Lounge on the solarium terrace or enjoy drinks with a view. Pool heating (up to 28°C) is available on request for an additional fee.

From the lowest level, step onto a stunning outdoor dining terrace, complete with a 12-seat table, sink, ice machine, barbecue, and a pizza oven (only available with the villa’s private chef, no external staff permitted for safety reasons).

The main entrance is on the upper floor, accessible directly from the private parking area (suitable for one mid-size car, no steps). Each level is connected by an internal staircase and a private elevator.
