Access to the unit is via the exterior metal staircase on the left side of the building. You have private use of the entire second floor. Free, ample parking is available on the concrete driveway immediately in front of the unit. Entry is simple and secure via a digital keypad.

Sage Lookout is part of a complex consisting of two buildings and three total apartment units. This setup is ideal for large groups, work crews, or multi-family travelers who want to stay at the same location while maintaining their own separate, private living spaces. The surrounding area is newly developed and quiet.

Conveniently located near the intersection of Highway 62 and Highway 70, this property serves as an ideal hub for the region. You’ll have the convenience of a good-sized town while being perfectly positioned for hunting trips, visiting Palo Duro Canyon, or commuting to work sites in the area. Ample concrete parking is available on-site, making travel easy whether you are in a standard vehicle or a work truck.
