Nice Neighborhood, Clean and ComfortableThis property is located in a nice neighborhood. It has large, comfortable bedrooms and living areas. Our host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. It has a large, fenced in back yard with a nice porch with awning for sitting outside. If we pass through Kokomo again, we'll certainly look for this one again.

Most important for a place that allows dogs….Smelled clean the entire 3 nights. Was spotless. No weird chemicals. I could walk around barefoot. Beds are comfy. Great towels and linens. Lovely well kept backyard for our dogs. Felt like home away from home while we are in town often to care for family and need to bring our dogs with us. We will be back regularly!

Pet friendly with a nice large fenced yard. Host was very responsive. Cleanliness could have been better. Cobwebs in various places, some random photos in one of the closets, and a lot of crap under the couches. Dog’s ball rolled under and came out with hair and dust on it. Kind of gross.

Easy instructions for getting in and out. Cute decorating details we enjoyed. Host quickly helped with a small issue within an hour. Minor details in an older home like dirty carpet in 1 bedroom, old tub and outlets that do not work were inconvenient. Could use more blankets for the cold winter months. Also of note, the pull out sofa is not made for an adult as it is hard as the wood floor but it did work with a blanket to sleep on for a toddler. The other mattresses were comfortable. There is both a keurig and regular coffee pot. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it looked well stocked with all the things needed for cooking. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Never heard or even saw a neighbor outside.

Just to clarify for future guests. The carpets are cleaned after every stay and shampooed often. It wasn’t dirty but there is some discoloration in one spot. Every outlet in the house works and always has. You just have to turn the switch on next to the light switch. I’ll be sure to make a special note. I appreciate the stay and thanks for the input.
