You were given guidance on where to purchase some & we offered you some on our property. Shortly before your arrival, our property experienced a weather-related power outage that affected the hot tubs, and we did our best to provide an alternative while service was restored. We also appreciate you bringing the condition of the coffee maker to our attention. Although it had been cleaned between guests, your feedback helped us discover damage inside the machine that wasn't visible during routine cleaning, and it has since been replaced. Our canvas bell tents are designed to offer a more comfortable camping experience—with furnished accommodations, electricity, heating and air conditioning, a mini fridge, and other amenities—while still being immersed in the natural beauty of the Red River Gorge. Because the property is located in the woods, weather can quickly affect outdoor conditions, particularly after heavy rain, which is what your images show.
