The first floor has an open, light-filled Great Room style layout with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas framed by walls of windows and sliding glass doors. The Living Area anchors one end of the room, with a sunlit the Dining Area on the other end, with a Chef's Kitchen in the middle. The Living Area is centered around a gas fireplace with sofa and chair seating. The Dining Area has a Bar Area with wine refrigerator and pass through to the TV/Family Room. A wall of sliding glass doors open to an outdoor Dining Deck. The Cook's Kitchen has a large center prep island with breakfast bar, stainless appliances and quartz counters.

The first floor also has a TV/Family Room and a large Office. All four of the Bedrooms are up on the second level. The Primary Bedroom has vaulted ceiling, private en suite Bath, and a Sitting Area that opens to a private deck with outdoor seating and water views.
