The Space:
The living room features an enormous 95` Smart TV with Sonos Bar audio, ample seating, and tons of natural light thanks to the sliding glass door and large windows.

Just off the living room, you`ll find the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Whirlpool refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, a Keurig Coffee maker with complimentary coffee supplies, and a huge island with bar seating for 4.

After you`ve cooked up your 5-star meal (or ordered a few pizzas) head over to the dining area which seats up to 6 and offers a view of the back patio and yard.


Sleeping and bathroom arrangements:
- Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed and includes an en suite bathroom with double vanity, private commode, and huge walk-in closet
- Bunk room: full-over full bunk bed with dressers drawers.
- Queen room: 1 Queen bed with a walk-in closet
- Downstairs living room: 1 queen sized pull out sleeper sofa and 1 half bath
- Upstairs lounge: 1 twin pull out sleeper, 1 full guest bathroom with shower + tub combo

Casa Columbus is well-stocked and comes with everything you and your group will need for a super comfortable stay.

The home offers top-of-the-line high speed WiFi with multiple extenders to ensure you get a great connection in every corner of the home.

The laundry room features brand new Samsung washer and dryer with complimentary Tide pods, scent beads, and dryer sheets.

The back patio comes with newly installed patio furniture (not pictured) and is a great spot to hang out with your crew for a night cap.

The kitchen comes with complimentary K-cups, sugars, sweetener, creamers, as well as salt & pepper and olive oil.

With a 2 car garage (garage remote included) and a driveway that fits up to 2 additional vehicles, parking multiple cars is a breeze.

- Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the home will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
- Pets: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $60 per pet, per stay.
- Security Cameras: there are 2 exterior security cameras at the home, 1 at the front door and 1 at the back patio.
- Security system: guests can request a temporary alarm code if they would like to arm the home when they are gone.
