House is perfectly situated facing East so the front porches enjoy sun in the mornings with shade in the afternoons!

*Please note: Ocean Lakes charges a daily fee per vehicle for parking. This is handled through Ocean Lakes directly. Once your reservation is processed they will reach out to coordinate and collect payment.
