Beautiful views! Super clean!

We have rented many different homes in Ocean Lakes, and this one, by far, has been the nicest. The views cannot be beat. The home is beautifully decorated and super clean! Would definitely recommend! We have already booked our next stay!

Amazing!

Beautiful house! Amazing Views! Just bring your bathing suit, house has everything else you will ever need! The only thing that could of made it better would be a golf cart included.

Seaside Point Should Not Be Limited To 5 Stars

From the moment we arrived, we were mesmorized by the beauty of the home and the location. Seaside Point is the perfect place for our family. My only regret is that time flew by so fast. So many wonderful family memories were made here. My family is already asking when we are going back.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We took 10 family members for Thanksgiving at the beach. We absolutely loved the location and the view is second to none! The house was beautiful and very well maintained. Cindy was fantastic and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful time. We also love that the owners are Christians. They definitely displayed the characteristics of Jesus- love, kindness and hospitality! We hope to be back in the near future!

We got married

We booked this house just about a year in advance because we knew if we wanted to stay here we needed to act fast. We arrived to the house and everything was clean and organized as advertised. Cindy is the property manager and communicated great with us making the check in and out painless. Highly recommend staying at 901 in ocean lakes. Also we got married on the beach right off of the balcony it was beautiful, convenient and the best time ever!

Beautiful view in all directions!

What amazing decks and nice deck chairs! Beds were comfy! Plenty of inside furniture for family to gather to watch the game! And lots of room around the table! Easy to communicate with owners with any minor concerns! Only drawback was lots of stairs which wasn’t a problem for any in our group except me and my hip🥴! The bedroom on the main floor is the bunk room. But we mananaged and had a lovely time! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful beach home!

Perfect beach location!

The house itself is very nicely furnished (so much that we ordered a few pieces for our own home!). The deck off the parking area was a hidden gem. There was really nice outdoor furniture every where you looked so plenty of spots to enjoy the view. We visited in March so the complex was fairly empty & quiet. We didn’t use any of the facilities but from the outside it was very clean with a resort like feel. One tip, uber doesn’t come inside the grounds but we solved that issue by walking to the holiday inn & ubering from there. Overall, beautiful property, great location and extrodinary service from the property manager!!

My Grandkids Call It "The Big House"

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this beautiful home. It is perfect for our family. The grandkids loved playing on the big decks and I loved watching the sunrise every morning. The house is gorgeous and the location is the best. It is a short walk to the ocean. Watching the waves and hearing the ocean is so relaxing. There is so much room inside and out. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is great. Our week flew by. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer. The kids loved all the Halloween decorations and trick or treating. You can't go wrong staying in this beautiful home.

Amazing place!!!

Just returned from a long weekend staying in this beautiful home and we can’t wait to go back! The house was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels. Beautifully decorated and TVs/grill/etc were easy to use. Cindy was very helpful and happily provided a pack n play and high chair. There are tons of things to do at Ocean Lakes and we can’t wait to go back during the summer months to enjoy all of the amenities. The only negative (which I hate even mentioning) is the lack of basic supplies. We had to run out to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. I’d rather know this coming in so we didn’t have to make another run to the grocery store. Overall, wonderful place for a family or group of friends. Very kid friendly too!!!

This home was just what we were looking for! You can’t get closer to the beach! The 2 decks and ground level had tons of furniture to enjoy the views! It was clean and comfortable. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect beach house location

We enjoyed being right on the beach and right next to the playgrounds. Kids could easily walk to playground across the street and we could easily watch them from the house. Great outdoor spaces with the decks and all the chairs. Campground was close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again! Cindy was great to work with and responded quickly when we texted her. We had kids ages 8 to 17 and 5 adults and all of us enjoyed every minute of our time there!

Family Vacation 2022

We have been renting vacation homes for our multi- family vacation for the past 15 years. This property was hands down one of the nicest homes that we have stayed in. The location was perfect for our family - right on the beach and next to the playground. The kiddos loved it! The house was exactly as it was described and it was very clean and well appointed! Cindy was so easy to work with and very accessible if we had any questions. We will definitely rent again the next time we are in Myrtle Beach!

I would’ve given 10 stars if I could!!!

This house is Beautiful!!!! Everything about it is perfect. It has to be in the best spot on the grounds. They view of the ocean was glorious from every angle of the house. The house itself was very nice, decorations were definitely an eye catcher. My family and I was there for my son’s Birthday Memorial and I know he would’ve loved this house. We were able to get to the beach very easily. I am definitely planning on going back. I can just imagine how wonderful the deck (which goes around the house by the way) feels at night in warmer weather. Loved it, Loved it, Loved it

Paradise at Seaside 901!

I truly can't say enough good things about our stay. It was AMAZING, WONDERFUL and PERFECT! The house & location couldn't have been any better!! Cindy was AMAZING when it came to my questions/requests and even her husband Marty delivered a full propane tank when ours was out. They are very hospitable, accommodating, patient people and I never feel like I was a bother. There is one downside to the trip: IT'S NOT OUR HOUSE. LOL If you get a chance, stay at this beach house . . . you won't regret it!! We hope to visit again!! Karen

This home was perfect for our group ranging from 18 months to 87 years. Great grandma was able to watch the grandchildren enjoy the ocean while sitting in the shade on the porch! Everything about this house is perfect and exactly as described. Thank you for sharing this home. We hope to stay again!

We began having our family vacations at Ocean Lakes over 24 years ago! After renting a house where everyone could have the space to stretch out and relax, we never went back to cramming into a hotel room ever again. It took us 18 years vacationing here before we decided to build our own beach house and then in the summer of 2017 we became investors in rental homes. Using the 24 years experience we personally had, we dedicated a lot of time and effort into thinking and planning each detail of the house.
