Belmont Bliss was a perfect place for us! Incredibly clean with all the things you needed and wanted. Truly one of our best places we’ve stayed…comfy beds, great kitchen supplies, and did I mention how spotless the home was. Thank you for being wonderful to work with….appreciated all your communication.

We visited Belmont and the surrounding area for a few days in April, staying at this adorable home. It is clean, welcoming, and filled with every little touch that makes it feel like home. Really, one of the best appointed stays we’ve experienced. It was within walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars and little shops on Main. It’s a great little Main Street! Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was perfect!

Great place. Walking distance to everything in downtown Belmont. The kitchen was well equipped and we generally at at the house for breakfast and lunch. The bed was very comfortable. I worked all week so I very much appreciated the desk in one of the bedrooms with a monitor available. It allowed me to use 2 screens (laptop and monitor from the house). While I did not have to use them, there were even a couple computer chargers in various configuration in case you forgot yours. Thanks for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Your comfort and five-star experience are my top priorities.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Welcome to Belmont! I’m an avid explorer of the Carolinas, and I moved to this neighborhood for its incredible access to the water and the trails. Between the Catawba River, Lake Wylie, and the nearby Whitewater Center, there's always something to do outdoors. I’ve curated my space to be the perfect home base for travelers who want to experience the natural beauty of North Carolina with a cozy place to return to at night. Widely considered one of the best-kept secrets of the Charlotte metro area. It’s a town that manages to feel like a "hallmark movie" set while being just a 15-minute drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

The Scene
Belmont is defined by its historic preservation and waterfront access. Unlike many suburbs that feel like sprawling strip malls, Belmont has a distinct "soul" centered around its downtown. You’ll see red-brick sidewalks, towering oak trees, and beautifully restored textile-mill-era architecture. The vibe is a mix of "Mayberry" nostalgia and "thriving college town" (thanks to Belmont Abbey College). On any given weekend, you’ll find locals gathered at Stowe Park for a festival or walking down Main Street with an ice cream from the local creamery.
What to Enjoy Most
• The Culinary Destination: For a town of its size, Belmont punches way above its weight in food. Nellie’s Southern Kitchen (owned by the Jonas Brothers' family) is a local staple. Jailhouse bourbon bar and cigar lounge located in Belmont’s original historic jail. Old Stone steakhouse, Station, Primal Brewery, and so many more.
• The Waterfront Lifestyle: You are surrounded by the Catawba River and Lake Wylie. Whether you want to kayak at Kevin Loftin Riverfront Park or take a boat out from a local marina, the water is the primary playground here.
• Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden: Just a few minutes from the center of town, this 380-acre garden is a world-class attraction for its orchids, fountains, and lakeside trails.
• Strategic Location: It is arguably the most convenient suburb in the region. You are far enough away to avoid Charlotte traffic, but close enough to catch a Panthers game or a flight from CLT airport in a heartbeat.
