When you’re ready, head directly from your door to the dunes and beach just steps away — no elevators or long hallways required. After a few hours in the sun, you can retreat inside for lunch or head out to nearby favorites like The Original Crabcake Factory or Dunkin’ Donuts. For a family outing, Northside Park is just a short drive away with sports courts, trails, and weekly summer fireworks.



Inside, the condo features an open living area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings together. The full kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, and a drip coffee maker so you can start each day just the way you like. We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.
