The cottage comfortably accommodates up to seven guests with four inviting bedrooms featuring one queen bed, two full beds, and one twin bed. One full bath and one half bath provide added convenience for longer stays. Two thermostatically controlled propane heaters keep the cottage warm and comfortable on cooler evenings while preserving the cozy feel of a traditional Maine waterfront home.

Guests can enjoy morning coffee overlooking the water, peaceful walks along the shoreline, nearby boating and Boothbay Harbor activities, fresh local seafood, and evenings with the windows open to cool ocean air.
