This luxurious apartment has been completely renovated to offer an exceptional living experience in Madrid. Designed by one of the city’s leading architects, it blends the classic character of the neighborhood with refined modern details, creating a space defined by simplicity, elegance, and abundant natural light. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and unique stay. The apartment is ideal for families or professional stays and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The apartment is fully equipped to feel like a true home in Madrid. It features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious living room, a dining area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The layout has been designed to provide both comfort and privacy for all guests, making it suitable for longer stays as well as work-related visits.
The first bedroom offers a double bed measuring 1.90 x 1.50 meters and includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also features a double bed of the same size, along with a large dressing room, while its bathroom is conveniently located next to the dining area. The third bedroom has two single beds measuring 1.90 x 0.90 meters, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 1.90 x 0.90 meters and also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort throughout the year.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all necessary appliances and includes a breakfast bar, ideal for casual meals or morning coffee. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, and basic toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and soap are provided for the first days of your stay. To ensure the safety of guests and respect the building’s community rules, the apartment is equipped with a noise monitoring device. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay and are free to use all facilities, including the kitchen and its equipment.
Please note that this is not a tourist apartment. The property is available exclusively for seasonal rentals related to work, studies, or other non-touristic purposes. A seasonal rental contract must be signed prior to accessing the apartment, outlining the agreed rental conditions, confirming the non-touristic nature of the stay, and prohibiting subletting or carrying out works. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Assistance is available during the stay in case of any incident, and guests will receive a property guide with useful information about the neighborhood and the city.
Over the coming months, renovation works will be carried out in the building due to the installation of an elevator, which is currently unavailable. These works are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. We hope this will not cause any major inconvenience during your stay. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. Early check-in may be possible depending on availability, and guests are welcome to contact the Minty Stay team the day before arrival to inquire about this option.
