The Space
Private entrance straight from the front porch — come and go as you please. The room has a queen bed with a premium mattress and high-quality linens, wall-mounted smart TV, adjustable-height table (works as a desk or dining table), chest of drawers, armchair by the window, and good lighting throughout.

The Kitchenette
A fully equipped nook with a new mini fridge, new microwave, and sink — great for light meals, drinks, washing up, brushing teeth, and getting ready in the morning.

The Bathroom
Direct, private access to the SHARED bathroom via your room — no walking through shared living spaces.

The Porch
The front porch is yours to enjoy — a nice spot for a morning coffee or some fresh air.

Location
Right in Oak Cliff near the Bishop Arts District — great restaurants and bars within a couple of miles. Quick I-30 access puts downtown Dallas and neighborhoods like Deep Ellum, Lakewood, the Design District and Uptown about 20 minutes away. Methodist Dallas Hospital is 10 minutes. DFW Airport and AT&T Stadium are both 30 minutes — perfect if you're in town for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Backyard is fully fenced in and is the site of the Oak Cliff Canine Club, a doggie daycare and boarding operation. (It is very light business and a small operation.) Your furry friend(s) can join the activities with other clients or just hang out in the back. An Oak Cliff Canine Club daypass (valued at $20/day) is included with your stay.
