With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 12 guests, there's room for the whole crew.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Two full/twin bunk beds bedroom (great for kids or teens)


After a busy day, everyone can come back to a spacious living room with seating for 12 featuring an oversized sofa, comfortable rotating chairs, a fireplace, and large smart TV.

There are TVs throughout the home, so whether the family wants to gather together or everyone needs a little downtime, there's space to do both.

The best part of a graduation isn't just the ceremony—it's having everyone together.

Prepare breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, gather around the gorgeous dining room table with seating for 8, fire up the grill for dinner, or take the celebration outside.

The large, fully fenced private backyard gives kids room to play while adults can relax in the outdoor seating area.

And when you're ready to unwind, there's a private hot tub and fire pit waiting for you.
