I came with four teens & everyone had the space they needed to be comfortable, relax indoors or outdoors, to keep up with physical training or toss a rugby ball around. The house is perfectly charming, and we would have enjoyed a longer stay. Carly & James are outstanding hosts. Thanks!

Fantastic place to stay!

Amazing home to stay at. Very clean, host is very thoughtful and quick to answer any questions. Bedding and beds are very comfortable. Great location - very picturesque location. Decorated beautifully.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was a lot to do in the house when we weren’t out in Stratford. The location is very convenient. Appreciated the stocked kitchen with everything we needed including some basic pantry items. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we are in the area again in the future.

Great spot!

Me and my two friends really enjoyed our stay! Clean, modern house, had a great vibe. Kitchen had everything you need, which was great as me and my friends like to cook. Carly was super kind. Loved our stay.

Fantastic stay

It was a pleasure staying at this little farm house just a few minutes outside Stratford. The owners were kind enough to stock the fridge for our late arrival and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, plus extras in case of forgotten items. The beds were comfortable and the towels soft. Couldn’t say enough nice things about our stay!

Nice modern cottage with a rustic feel.

This was a wonderful cottage. Very clean and welcoming. Location was a straight shot to downtown. Only drawback is the intersection it’s located on was quite busy.

a womderful weekend on outskirts of Stratford

our family truly enjoyed this lovely country Home. it was very clean , and welcoming with a basket of goodies the kitchen was very well equipped to Prepare family meals. we loved the fire table on the back porch. highly recommend this home !!!

Charming, Cozy and Welcoming

Cottage and property are absolutely delightful. The house is tastefully decorated, very clean and welcoming. Everything was thought of, fully stocked pantry and fridge, lots of towels, comfortable beds, indoor and outdoor games, right down to umbrellas and sunscreen. We would definitely stay here again.Thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

AMAZING place to stay!

This property is clean, organized and extremely comfortable, as well as beautifully decorated. This was our 2nd time here and we loved it again. Breakfast being included is a huge bonus. Bedding & beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get up! Location is fantastic, so close to Stratford. The hosts are very attentive. We're hoping to book again for next winter. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Stratford New Years

This was a fantastic experience, the property is lovely and the hosts made everything easy. We loved the games and the huge table in the well-stocked kitchen! The location is extremely convenient, five minutes directly into the heart of downtown Stratford. Will definitely be back!

Perfect stay

The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. So many provided amenities like bug spray, sunscreen, tons of tasty food and snacks provided. The outdoor space is gorgeous lots of seating and a fire pit. The host was awesome and very responsive to my needs before, during and after our stay. A very short drive to Stratford. 100% recommend staying here.

Warm and Welcoming

Property was warm and welcoming, meeting all our needs and then some, with plenty of space to visit and enjoy the outdoors. Everything we may have needed was on hand, from umbrellas to games. Hosts were wonderful and responsive and accessing the place was a breeze. We had a lovely family weekend away here and would book again. Located just a quick jaunt away from Stratford was perfect.

The property is beautiful, sparkling clean, stocked with breakfast foods and treats for on-the-go. The patio was cozy with a nice fire table and lighting. The sleep arrangements were so comfortable...complete luxury. The hosts made sure that we had everything we would need for our visit and welcomed us with a lovely bottle of Rose wine. Beautiful Home

Very lovely stay. It very quiet, could see lots of stars at night. Also close enough to Stratford to attend events and gather groceries. I was impressed by the variety of breakfast items and snacks. Very clean and exactly as described. Hosts were quick to respond when we had a question.
