The home is located in the popular North Park neighborhood in San Diego and is full of bars and microbreweries, especially along 30th Street and University Avenue. A distinguished “best hipster neighborhood” by Forbes, you’ll love the eclecticism that oozes from North Park.



It’s an extremely walkable place to stay, dotted with coffee shops, boutiques, art galleries, diverse restaurants, craft beer pubs, diners and the beautiful Balboa Park. Balboa Park is full of lush landscaping and fun attractions such as the Fleet Science Center and the San Diego Zoo all just a 5 minute drive away from the house.



Whether it’s the art that catches your eye in the Ray Street Arts District or Juniper Canyon with its lovely urban hiking trail through fields of wildflowers, we think you’ll love your time in North Park, it’s where everyone wants to be!



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free driveway parking for two cars included with your stay. Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night. Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the city.
