Dos Perros Ranch is a family-owned, 3-bedroom, 2-bath with 1 bunkhouse spacious, southwestern-inspired design desert retreat located just 5 minutes from the JT National Park entrance and downtown JT. Constructed in 1967 and remodeled fully in 2023 it is the perfect gathering place for your next creative/ hiking/climbing/ desert adventure.

Our property includes a main house that comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 bathrooms, plus a separate backyard bunkhouse with a set of bunk-beds.

We allow up to two well-behaved dogs on-site. A pet fee applies and must be selected at booking.

To help us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests:

• Pets are not permitted on furniture
• Pets may not be left unattended inside the home
• All waste must be properly disposed of
• Any excessive pet-related cleaning or damage will result in an additional cleaning fee

While the yard offers space to explore, please keep pets supervised at all times. Joshua Tree is home to wildlife and open desert terrain, so we recommend leashing pets outdoors and bringing them inside at night. The property is fully fenced but there may be openings dogs can sneak through so do not recommend leaving pets unattended or out in backyard at any time. There are also coyotes that roam the area and can jump up to 9-feet so would always be outside with your pet.

Guest access
Guests have access to Dos Perros and the extensive, fenced back yard & patio. Dos Perros also has a dedicated driveway, in addition to street parking.

**Pets**
We allow up to two well-behaved dogs on-site. A pet fee, payable at the time of booking, applies. Please keep in mind that pets are not permitted on furniture, should not be left unattended, and proper waste disposal is required. This helps us maintain a clean and enjoyable space for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee associated with pet related messes; this includes a $50 surcharge for any animal waste found inside or outside the house.

Our property features a mostly enclosed back yard, perfect for letting your dog run and play under supervision. There are a few gaps in the fence by the heavy cactus in the back right corner - for your dog's safety, we recommend keeping your dog on a leash while exploring the property and inside at night as there are wild animals that roam the surrounding area, as well as busy roads.

**Please note**

The outdoor firepit is gas ONLY, and has a propane tank that can only be used during low-wind times to avoid fires. Fires in the fireplace inside are wood-burning and should be put out before leaving home at all times.
