This top-floor, corner 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Penthouse is crafted with premium finishes and thoughtful touches throughout, including a custom built-in electric stone fireplace, custom closets and storage, a boot warmer and 2 parking stalls, to provide an upscale stay in every sense. Plus, as the name implies, the condo offers incredible views of the local mountain range, unmatched by any other condo in MacKenzie Village.
The Primary King Suite exudes elegance with its blue velvet headboard, dark wood side tables, spacious custom walk-in closet, Samsung Frame TV and spa-inspired ensuite featuring a sleek walk-in shower. The Second King Suite has the feel of a rustic mountain cabin and features a custom closet and private ensuite. Both Suites create a serene sanctuary for guests. The Third Bedroom has custom wall panelling and a closet and offers a flexible split-king setup that can be arranged as two twins or one plush king, ensuring both comfort and versatility.
The Kitchen, Dining and Living Room areas feature an open floor plan, perfect for socializing. The gourmet Kitchen boasts expansive counter space, high-end appliances, and exceptional craftsmanship, ideal for everything from effortless breakfasts to chef-worthy dinners. A large dining table allows guests to host meals in style. Plus, a transit shuttle stops at Mackenzie Village for transportation to the Mountain and the Downtown for those who prefer not to drive.

House Rules, Restrictions + Additional Information
Limit on the Number of Guests: The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY for The View is 6 people / “guests” TOTAL, including children AND infants, regardless of age, for the safety and comfort of all its guests.
Ski + Golf Equipment Storage: All skis and golf bags must be stored in the secure storage area for the condo located in the indoor parking garage. No boots or golf shoes are permitted outside of the entry area of the condo.
Parking: Please note that the height clearance for the 2 indoor parking stalls is 8’4”. RVs, trailers or trucks with sled decks are not permitted in the indoor parking garage. In addition, the outdoor ground-level parking lot for Mackenzie Village is reserved for customers of the restaurants, stores + shops; the Strata for Mackenzie Village may tow vehicles left overnight.
New Development: Mackenzie Village is a relatively new development. The View is in the Selkirks Building, one of the newer buildings. As a result, some construction may be taking place within the development.
Stay Revy does not manage the Mackenzie Village development and is not responsible for any Strata-level deficiencies of the building.
Late Check Out Fees: A $25 late check-out fee will be applied to all late check-outs.
