Welcome to Four Peaks Penthouse, a bright and contemporary 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat in the heart of Revelstoke. Designed with both comfort and style in mind, this penthouse is perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a luxurious mountain getaway. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is flooded with natural light and thoughtfully furnished, creating a welcoming space to relax, gather, and enjoy meals together.

At Mackenzie Village, everything you need is right outside your door. Just below the condos, you’ll find a vibrant mix of shops, services, and local experiences designed to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Start your day with a fresh coffee or breakfast at Little Spoon Café, browse local art at Alpine Echo Art Gallery, or get active with Pilates, yoga, and spin classes at Karve Fitness and Flow Studio. Pick up groceries and essentials at the on-site Summit Market, then relax with a drink or casual meal at The Den sports bar and restaurant. Families will appreciate the convenience of Ray of Sunshine Childcare within the village. With daily necessities and unique experiences all in one place, Mackenzie Village offers a welcoming community that makes every stay in Revelstoke seamless and memorable.

A code will be provided and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is flooded with natural light and thoughtfully furnished, creating a welcoming space to relax, gather, and enjoy meals together. The modern kitchen features ample counter space, a kitchen island with seating, and all the appliances needed to prepare home-cooked meals. The living area includes a comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV and stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- Just after the school zone, you will see new condo buildings to your left. When you reach the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- You will be in the Building labelled McCrae 2000 on the right hand side of the road

HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road
- at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road)
- at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)
- turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- Just after the school zone, you will see new condo buildings to your left. When you reach the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- You will be in the Building labelled McCrae 2000 on the right-hand side of the road

Parking & Property Notes: The property includes one reserved underground parking stalls (8'4" clearance). Please note that RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks are not permitted in the garage. Additional street parking is available for extra vehicles. The ground-level parking lot is reserved for plaza customers, and the strata may tow vehicles left there overnight. A shovel is provided on the deck for snow removal if needed, though the patio is fully covered for your convenience. Some development work is ongoing at MacKenzie Plaza, so we recommend reviewing this before booking.

FAQ:
Does the property have a hot tub?
- Yes. You will have access to 2x 12 person hot tubs on the rooftop, along with an outdoor lounge area and a large BBQ station. There is no private hot tub on the deck of the condo.
