Gulf and Lagoon 2 Bedroom Condo with Pool + Pier - Privacy and Views
Best memories happen when you have a special place to capture every photo moment, every sunset, and every beach afternoon spent along the beautiful white sands of Gulf Shores. The Crow's Nest is a low density townhouse complex located on the shores of Little Lagoon.
A private pool is well kept for family enjoyment and relaxation. Inside, original artwork and impressive remodel, like smooth ceilings, custom natural Oak kitchen cabinets topped with high end granite swirled with waves of the Gulf, plus all LVP flooring throughout including interior steps make a delightful and durable interior. The spaciousness of the entire townhouse is comfortable with plenty of room on both living levels. An open living room, kitchen/dining areas, and powder bath are on the first floor. Both bedrooms and the full bath are located on the 2nd floor along with a brand new stack washer/dryer. This top floor corner unit has two outside deck areas to enjoy, with views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon.
Along with a private beach, the new pier offers a fish station, covered gazebo and free tie-up of your watercraft on a first come basis.
