Wake up to sweeping Marina views from this stunning top-floor studio perched on the 25th floor, where natural light pours in through expansive windows and sliding glass doors that open onto your private balcony. Sip your morning coffee or wind down at sunset with a drink in hand from the comfort of the outdoor furniture.
Inside, the space is thoughtfully styled for both comfort and charm. A plush queen bed with a tall grey headboard, premium linens, and fluffy pillows promises restful nights. Please be advised that there will be an emergency replacement of critical chilled water isolation valves. Please note that cooling services will not be available during this period (affected areas are Residential apartments, Common areas and Retail units). Works will be carried out continuously 24/7 to ensure timely completion and to minimize inconvenience as much as possible. Maintenance period is from 11 February to Friday, 20 February 2026.
If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee. Please note that there is a charge of AED 700 for each lost access card.
Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1000.
