Connected with an adjoining kitchen and dining area that are fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to prepare and serve your wonderful meals, the space is perfect if you want to entertain a few guests or have a quiet evening with yourself.
The queen bed in the living room is complete with a large wardrobe for your belongings as well as complimentary hotel-quality linens at your disposal. The sole bathroom in the flat has all the necessities for you to freshen up, including a bathtub with an overhead shower, a sink, and a toilet. There are also fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable!
Make sure to take a breather on the balcony in the evening to enjoy the beautiful Dubai sunset for it will be a memorable sight!
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

JLT Dubai has been known as a community where people can live, work and enjoy their life with equal ease and serenity. The waterfront outdoor cafes and restaurants allow late night walk or stroll alongside the lake. The community retail and grocery stores, as well as laundries, cater to the basic needs of the inhabitants and are available at close quarters. Squares and gardens between the clusters create huge and easy connectivity between the large districts of the community.
The inhabitants, as well as the working class within the JLT, benefited from a wide range of facilities within reach such as quiet community areas, cafe terrace, shaded walkways, and benches. In addition, it also includes pavements fountains, lake fountains, garden near to avenues, groves of trees, desert gardens and bespoke sculptural features. Plus, the flat is near to some major shopping hubs such as Dubai Marina Mall and Mall of Emirates.
Thanks to its convenient location, you'll have no trouble getting around town. There are many bus stops situated nearby the property and Taxis are always available in front of the building. Uber App, as well as the local car-sharing app called Careem App, is also available to be used in the city.
The closest metro to my home is the DMCC train station. The nearest mall, the Dubai Marina Mall is 7 km from the accommodation, while Aquaventure Waterpark is just 11 km from the property.
The nearest airport is Dubai International Airport, which is 25 mins drive from the property.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
