There was dust, hair, and dirt on counters, in tubs, and bathroom sinks. One bedroom had stains on the top sheet. Once there are stains, just throw it away. The amount of money charged for the cabins is enough to buy new linen and towels.

I overall had a good stay. The beginning of the stay was horrible when we arrived the cabin had not been cleaned it was late and we had to find a hotel to stay for the night as the beds were not made. We did reach out to both the host and VRBO. I will say VRBO costumer service was awful. The host was top notch had someone right out to clean the cabin and make it right. I would recommend the cabin overall and stay again if we came back to the area using the host.

Our Gatlinburg Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with Elk Springs and this cabin was amazing!! Everything was beautiful and beyond our expectations. The staff at Elk Springs went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great vacation experience!! We will definitely stay at one of their cabins again in the future.

Everything was decorated so cute to where they were amazed to how beautifully decorated and clean.
