The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy dining at the provided dining table. The modern bathroom is equipped with fresh towels, shampoo, and shower gel. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and step-free access. The building amenities include a gym and outdoor pool. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, and wireless internet.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, depending on availability. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Please maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment.
